Nelson Nkwelle, Country Director

Nelson began working with Cloverland  in 2014 and now serves as Assistant to the Board and at the same time as the country Director. Nelson considers working for Cloverland Foundation a great honor and is excited to see us continue to grow. He is currently working on her MBA, as well as a degree in Community Building Studies. Outside of her job with Cloverland Foundation, Nelson is active in the music ministry at her church and enjoys working with children.

Nelson has experience in 7 countries and loves connecting people to the places and causes he loves.

 

Helen Enow-Director or Orphanage

Meet Enow Helen a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience in the management and operations of orphanages. Throughout their career, Enow Helen has worked in 7 different orphanages, bringing their expertise and passion for helping vulnerable children to each and every one. Enow Helen holds a BSC in Nursing, as well as an MBA in Non-Profit Management, providing them with a strong background in both finance and management, crucial skills when it comes to running an efficient and effective orphanage. Enow Helen ‘s experience and education make them a valuable asset to any organization, and their dedication to improving the lives of children in need is truly inspiring.

Throughout their time working in the orphanage sector,  Enow Helen has demonstrated a deep understanding of the complexities involved in providing care for children who have lost their families. They have a proven track record of successfully managing large teams, developing programs, and overseeing budgets, all while ensuring that the needs and well-being of the children come first.

Enow Helen is a compassionate and driven leader who is committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children. They are a true asset to the orphanage sector, and their passion and expertise will undoubtedly continue to make a positive difference in the lives of many.

 

 

Professional Profile of Mrs. Alice Iyambe, Board Chair of Cloverland Foundation Cameroon:

Mrs. Alice is the current board chair of Cloverland Foundation Cameroon, a foundation dedicated to providing care and support for children who have lost their families and parents in the ongoing war in the English regions of Cameroon. She brings over 10 years of experience working in social causes, fundraising, conflict management, and charity to the organization.

Mrs. Alice holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Bachelor’s degree in the Management of Charity, making her well-equipped to lead the foundation in its mission to provide quality education and care to the children in its care. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of education and charity have been instrumental in ensuring the success of the foundation and its programs.

Under Mrs. Alice’s leadership, Cloverland Foundation Cameroon has continued to grow and expand its reach, serving more children and providing them with the love, care, and support they need to reach their full potential. She is dedicated to ensuring that the foundation remains focused on its mission and continues to make a positive impact in the lives of the children in its care.

With her commitment to social justice, advocacy, and compassion, Mrs. Alice Iyambe has established herself as a respected leader in the community and an advocate for the rights and well-being of children in need. Stephanie Eyambe, Finance Director

Stephanie brings over 10 years of nonprofit and community development experience to the Cloverland Foundation team. She was born in Nigeria and moved to Cameroon as an infant, where she lived and pursued her education in Social Work and Community Welfare. She has a passion for working with children and marginalized populations, which is ultimately why she was drawn to working with our team.

Stephanie is a highly experienced Finance Director with 10 years of experience working in various not-for-profit sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and has been working with an orphanage for the past several years. With a strong background in financial management, she has a proven track record of successfully managing budgets, implementing cost-saving measures, and driving financial growth.

Stephanie has worked in various not-for-profit organizations over the past decade, gaining a wide range of experience in financial management. Her key responsibilities have included developing and managing budgets, performing cost analysis and implementing cost-saving measures, preparing financial reports and conducting financial analysis, and managing fundraising campaigns and grant writing.

At her current role as a Finance Director at an Orphanage, [Insert name here] is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. He/She works closely with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s mission and goals. Mrs. Vanity Ngwang, School Director of Cloverland Foundation Cameroon

Vanity, the current Director of Cloverland Foundation Orphanage School Cameroon, has a BSC in Education and a professional teacher’s training diploma. With over 11 years of experience in the education field, He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the school. Prior to joining Cloverland Foundation,

Vanity Ngwang worked at several other schools and foundations, honing her skills in school administration and management. As the school Director, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school and ensuring that the students receive the best possible education. He works closely with the staff, teachers, and board of directors to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of the students.

Vanity Ngwang is passionate about providing education to children in need and is committed to making a difference in the lives of the students at Cloverland Foundation Orphanage School Cameroon. Her dedication to education and her experience in the field make her an invaluable asset to the school and the foundation.
